2. Relationship with our Master Services Agreement
This Disclaimer applies to general use of our website and general information made available through the website.
Where INSTRUCTION WORKS LTD provides services, those services are governed by the quotation signed by the client and our Master Services Agreement, which forms part of it.
If there is any inconsistency between this Disclaimer and the signed quotation or our Master Services Agreement, the signed quotation and Master Services Agreement will take priority in relation to the services.
3. No legal, financial or regulated advice
Instruction Works Ltd provides practical business and technology guidance through AI Advisory and Practical Training and individually quoted Bespoke AI Services. Website information and our services are not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, data protection, cybersecurity or other specialist professional advice.
Neither website information nor a service deliverable constitutes legal, regulatory, security or compliance approval.
Clients should obtain appropriate specialist advice where required.
4. AI-related disclaimer
Instruction Works Ltd provides AI Advisory and Practical Training at an hourly rate and Bespoke AI Services following an initial suitability assessment and an individually agreed quotation.
Advisory and training sessions provide practical guidance, demonstrations and discussion. Unless expressly included in a signed quotation, they do not include a written report, transcript, AI policy, implementation plan, prompt library, instruction pack or tested bespoke deliverable.
Bespoke projects may include instruction and guardrail design, source-material organisation, workflow design, testing against agreed use cases, and creating or configuring supported AI capabilities such as assistants, agents, Skills, Projects or Sites, together with handover support, only to the extent expressly stated in the signed quotation. Unless expressly quoted, we do not provide software development, API work, external integrations, model training or fine-tuning, authentication or service-account configuration, workspace administration, website development or technical maintenance.
We do not host, publish or operate a client's AI assistant or agent and do not provide ongoing management or continuous monitoring. We do not process personal data on our client’s behalf. Where bespoke project requires limited access to a managed workspace, connected application or relevant system, that access must be expressly set out in the signed quotation and any necessary security and confidentiality arrangements must first be put in place.
Clients remain responsible for their own AI platform accounts, subscriptions, administrator approvals, access permissions, settings, publication and sharing decisions, testing, monitoring, outputs and use of any AI assistant or agent. Instruction Works Ltd will not request client passwords.
AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, misleading or unexpected responses. They may misunderstand questions, produce inconsistent outputs or fail to reflect your current business information, prices, policies, processes or legal obligations.
Clients are responsible for checking, testing and approving any instructions, configurations, test outputs, live outputs, platform settings and information provided to users through their AI assistant, agent or connected workflow.
5. Bespoke project demonstrations and test outputs
Where a signed quotation includes a demonstration, prototype, guided configuration or test output, it is provided only for the agreed review, testing or handover purpose.
A demonstration, prototype or test output is not a guarantee of how a final AI assistant, agent or connected workflow will perform after configuration, amendment, deployment, publication, integration or later platform changes.
The client remains responsible for checking, testing, approving, securing, deploying, monitoring and controlling any AI assistant, agent or connected workflow before and during use with staff, customers, prospects or the public.
6. No guarantee of results
We aim to provide practical and useful advisory, training and bespoke AI services. However, we do not guarantee that a session, recommendation, instruction pack, AI assistant, agent, demonstration, setup guidance or related material will produce a particular result.
We do not guarantee increases in enquiries, sales, conversions, revenue, customer satisfaction, response quality, cost savings or operational efficiency.
The performance of any AI assistant, agent or connected workflow may depend on factors outside our control, including client information, platform and application settings, model behaviour, user inputs, permissions, testing, human oversight, ongoing monitoring and future changes made by the client or third-party providers.
7. Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any AI assistant, agent, connected workflow or AI-related use is suitable for their business, users, sector and legal obligations.
This includes responsibility for:
checking the accuracy and lawfulness of information and materials used for the service or AI system;
reviewing and approving instructions, configurations and outputs before use;
testing the AI assistant, agent or workflow before internal deployment or external sharing;
choosing appropriate platform, workspace, application, access and privacy settings;
